Norfolk Coast from the Air
Norfolk Coast from the Air

The public’s fascination for aerial photographs was confirmed following the publication of Mike Page’s first book A Broads-Eye View. Selling out and reprinting within a couple of months gave the book a high profile throughout East Anglia and further afield.

In this book the author/photographer takes the reader on a trip along the Norfolk coastline, focusing-in on towns, villages, buildings and features of interest along the way.

Mike Page was born in Gorleston in 1940 and started his working life as a boat-builder, progressing to motor and marine engineering in the late 1960s. In 1973 he started his own garage business in Strumpshaw in partnership with his wife Gillian. Now partly retired, and with his son Martin running the business, Mike has more time to pursue his main interests of flying and photography. He now concentrates on building up his image library of aerial and wildlife photographs taken throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. Mike is a regular contributor to several local newspapers and his images can also be seen in many books and magazines. Pauline Young writes regularly for many magazines.
